Hi, I’m Becca! I absolutely love the messy and reflective process of learning new things. There’s always “something next” on my list, whether it’s a special interest topic, an experiential learning assignment, or a new craft project.
I hold a Master of Arts in Information & Learning Technology, Bachelors’ of Arts in both Communications and Hispanic Languages & Literature, and professional certifications in coaching, performance improvement, microlearning, change management, and competency modeling.
Since 2011, I’ve worked in the enablement space at SAP. In that time, I’ve supported a variety of projects and audiences, built up my expertise in the field of corporate learning and development… and had a ton of fun along the way.
In my current role as a director of learning strategy, I apply a mix of performance consulting, learning experience design, and curriculum management to help learners in my department accomplish their goals.
I also offer coaching and mentoring to colleagues through an SAP-sponsored peer learning program.
